Here's my law school checklist:

Send out info to teachers for recommendations: Check
Get/Send Transcript: Check
Personal Statement: Semi-Check
Pick Out Schools to Apply to: TOO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM!!!
I'm having one hell of a time working on my personal statement. Writing is definitely one of my strong points, but I really don't like writing about myself. I have a pretty good outline of what I want to write about, but each time I put it on paper, it just doesn't seem right. It'll probably turn out like my Kairos speech: I'll write it 10 times, each time thinking it sucks, and then I'll just cram it out at 3 in the morning and it'll turn out exactly how I want it. My earliest application deadline is March 1 so I still have time, though I plan on submitting all my apps by early January. It's all starting to come together and I'm FREAKING OUT. Grr...
Also, looking at what schools to apply to...I'm all over the place, particularly all over the country. Newest place I'm considering is Seattle. I've never been there, but the school has a good public policy program and since that's what I plan on doing, it's something to consider.
I also hate that all I can talk about lately is Law School...I just want it to end

Radical!! Which school in Seattle are you thinking about? Maybe I should apply there!I'm a jerk and didn't tell you, but there's a public defender's conference in San Francisco I'm going to on Saturday. It should be way cool, I think...maybe you can still hijink over there.
Dude, finals = blow, but I'm over on the 14th, and want to come and say hi!
I'm sure you already know, but the USNews report is totally free online (you have to pay to get more, but all you need (like the gpa and lsat score) is all there. I think I might apply to Loyola in Chicage. Rawr!
